Korey Clegg

Korey Clegg is one of the most senior members of Summit Physical Therapy’s staff. She began her tenure in 1999 as a front desk receptionist in the Weirton, WV, clinic and then moved on to administrative assistant, and currently holds the billing manager position for all of Summit’s clinical entities.

“Over the years I have learned many new skills on the job, especially as I moved from administrative assistant to billing manager. It takes a lot of time and effort to understand medical billing and ensure our patients are receiving the correct information, as well as all of the insurance companies and workers comp agencies. But I am happiest helping our patients’ understand their benefit information and answering any questions or concerns they may have. As well, I very much enjoy my co-workers as we have formed good friendships over the years.”

Korey is married with three sons, all of whom lead active lives in baseball at the high school and college level. On weekends she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers with the local youth football and cheering organizations and the local high school boosters.
